Refund Policy
We stand behind our programs. The 5-Day Predictable Producer Challenge includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you complete the program and feel it did not deliver clarity on your business system, contact us within 30 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund.
Refund requests for other programs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Free resources, webinar registrations, and downloadable content are not eligible for refunds.
Live Training Events
When you register for a free or paid live training event, you agree to receive email and SMS communications related to that event, including reminders and follow-up content. Registration does not guarantee a recorded replay unless explicitly stated at the time of registration.
Community Access
Some programs include access to a private coaching community. Community membership is subject to our community guidelines, which require respectful conduct toward other members and Steve Kyles staff. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates community standards, with or without a refund depending on the circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content on our websites and within our programs, including but not limited to frameworks, worksheets, videos, podcast episodes, blog posts, and email content, is the intellectual property of Steve Kyles. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
